Wait, I know what you're thinking: "but HeatherPride, it's only Thursday! How can you say you've had the biggest disappointment of the week already??"
.
Well, it's Thursday and I'm calling it. Here it is:

R E S I S T.
Yes, I know the appeal of a fat-free chocolate treat might be irresistable to some, but unless you enjoy snacking on plastic quasi-foodstuffs vaguely tasting chocolate-esque, you must fight the temptation to toss these in your shopping cart.
Just don't. 'K? Don't.
Trust me.

16 passengers on the bus:
Being the total chocoholic that I am I probably would have tried these at some point if not for your warning. My tastebuds thank you.
Ew. Yeah, I saw those at Super Target and bought Milkduds instead.
I used to live in MO! Not sure where O'Fallon is though... used to go to Les Bourgeouis Winery in Rocheport. Although they seemed to lose their liquor license an awful lot...
See, now this is useful information. I haven't even seen those yet, and I DEFINITELY would have tried them. Thanks for the heads up.
Here's the deal...I did try those a few months ago, but only actually liked one flavor...so unless I just want to eat 1/5 of the bag...guess they're just not for me...and evidently you either!
I too, fell for the lure of the chocolate skittle. I wish I would have read this post three weeks ago. Yuckers. No, double yuckers.
This? Is an affront to skittle lovers everywhere. Period. Thanks for the warning, I would have had to rant in the grocery store line otherwise when my kids picked them up and yelled "Now, in chocolate!!"
Whoo. Thanks for the tip. That could have been dangerous.
Since I equate Skittles with fruity goodness, I think my brain would make my mouth reject these upon entry.
yuck!!! that does not even sound appealing! Blech!
Wanted to also say thanks for the comment. Yeap - 25! LOL
I do stand up for myself in front of them but sometimes I gotta be careful what I say - Sneaky Monkey's favorite word is that dreaded "S" word!!
Chocolate is definitely worth its weight in calories! (once in a while)
I tagged you in a meme on my page.
I don't know about this one...for me skittles evokes fruity yummyness, not chocolate. I think it might go over about as well as Crystal Pepsi to me.
I'm glad I read this before I went food shopping since I would have seen this on my cheat day and allowed myself to purchase this product. Your post could have possibly saved my life today. Do you realize that your blog saved a consumer from making the worst product decision of their lives? No? Well, you saved me a dollar. See? Good job!
Are they like m&m's gone wrong? I need descriptions!!
Oh, and I'm still totally waiting for your review of the Twilight Series...
Oh no. That looks dee-sgusting (as my 2-year-old would say.)
My kids wanted these, I said NOOOO! They looked soooo disgusting to me! Skittles cannot be chocolate! Who thought of this?
